First-generation Penn student invents wearable light for nurses

Anthony Scarpone-Lambert, 21, a University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing student, co-invented a wearable light, which he’s wearing, that nurses can use to better care for patients at night.

He’s credited with helping to create a “simple but elegant” solution to the problem of hospital personnel disturbing patients during nighttime interactions: a nurse’s wearable night light. Read the full article here
